Name them however fits — usually by fuel + oil capacity. Order = the order the advisor sees them. Use Oil & transmission by vehicle to pin the right services per type.

Pick the vehicle and mileage — the menu resolves from the cascade you built, with oil & transmission priced to this vehicle (override the pickers if needed). Remove any line, hide prices for the customer, then select a package to generate the op-code list for your DMS.

Ownership groups
Stores that share an owner, such as an auto group. A store belongs to one group, and a group can sit inside another.
Users & logins
Each person gets a login with a role. The email is only their sign-in name — nothing is emailed.
